Meet the Team

Ottawa Valley Timber Works have been building timber frame structures in the Ottawa Valley region and Eastern Ontario, Canada for over 15 years. Ottawa Valley Timber Frame Works builds outdoor & event structures, and also dismantles and re-purposes antique timber frames and barns.

  • Founder

    Stephen has always had a passion for building from young age and through high school. After a career in communication for 18 years Stephen decided to go back to school to hone his carpentry skills and attended Algonquin College Heritage Carpentry Program. From there he began his journey to where he is now as a Timber Framer.

  • Head Carpenter

    Pat came to Ottawa Valley Timber Works in the Fall of 2023. He brought along a vast knowledge in carpentry and general construction. What Pat found lacking in his career was to work with raw materials and hone his skills with hand tools. Pat has become an integral part to our team.
